Leith Liqueur Company have been instrumental in getting our first liqueur Strawberry Kiss much welcome press comment and editorial coverage in a very short space of time.

The company launched Strawberry Kiss at the Scottish International Food Fair in 2006, and by giving tasting samples to everyone who clamoured for them we got immediate feedback of how good Strawberry Kiss is.

The Edinburgh Evening News were so impressed by the product, that Strawberry Kiss was featured in a half page article in colour 2 days after it was officially launched – click here for article. This newspaper is one of the best newspapers in the UK and has run several follow up articles and features about our growing success.

We were also asked to do a featured tasting by BBC Newsnight Scotland on new and innovative drinks within the Scotch Whisky Industry. This gave us seven minutes on national television news time, which is advertising that cannot be bought and put us in front of millions of people.

Strawberry Kiss has also been featured in Whisky Magazine and several other major articles about Scotch Whisky since its launch, as well as Air Canada’s in flight magazine “En-Route” which is read by a million passengers a month.

All of this has happened because the product has been so well received.

We have also recently signed an agreement with Quality Spirits International, who are based at Strathclyde Business Park, Bellshill, Lanarkshire for them to bottle Strawberry Kiss and all our subsequent liqueurs, a fantastic achievement for us as a young company as well testament as to how good our first liqueur is.

Leith Liqueur Company are at present engaged in talks with one of the UK’s most prestigious advertising agencies to take us onto the next step of spreading the word about Strawberry Kiss.
